I will be speaking at the 2014 Meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, AAAS on Thursday, February 13. I am speaking in the Communicating Science Sessions. It includes three panels.

Engaging with Journalists with Cornelia Dean (moderator) and speakers Carl Zimmer, Robert Lee Hotz, David Baron, and Paula Apsell.

Engaging with Social Media with Dominique Brossard (moderator) and speakers Kim Cobb, Danielle N. Lee, and Maggie Koerth-Baker.

Engaging with Public Events with Ben Lillie (moderator) and speakers Rabiah Mayas, Kishore Hari, and Amy Rowat.

Sessions start at 9 am CST and end at 3:30 pm CST. If you're not attending the meeting, you can still watch along and weigh in. Follow the conversations on Twitter and use the hashtags #AAASmtg (for AAAS Meeting) and #scicomm (for science communication).
