This past spring I was lucky enough to partner up with Tahiti Tourisme to create a series about biology on the island of Moorea in French Polynesia. I'm so proud to present episode 1 of my new series 'Adventures in Biology', where we meet Dr. Cecile Gaspar of the non-profit society Te Mana o Te Moana. The society is housed at the Intercontinental Moorea Resort and Spa, and it plays a major role in the rehabilitation of green and hawksbill turtles from all over the country. From giving tiny baby turtles their first food, to getting towed behind a boat and freediving for adults, this was an amazing adventure!
