Video of the Week #98, June 27th, 2013:

From: STEM Makes Cars Safer, Buildings Taller, Enables Hearing and Moves Giant Magnets! by Joanne Manaster at PsiVid.

Google Street View created a video demonstrating how they have been working to document the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the world’s tallest building at 828 meters (2,716 feet), inside and out. A visit to the spire at the top is quite phenomenal. The Burj Khalifa is an architectural and engineering marvel and the new Trekker camera device is quite nifty, too.

I understand that this building is not even hooked-up to a sewage system, so everyday tanker trucks have to haul away its sewage. Talk about putting the cart before the horse.

You can stack 14 Burj Khalifas on top of each other, this man-made structure would still be taller. Guess what’s this tallest man-made structure?
