Photographer Cory Poole captured and compiled timelapse images of the recent annular solar eclipse with a filter that allows light from hydrogen atoms moving from the 2nd excited state to the 1st excited state to be visible, giving us a spectacular view of the Sun’s lower atmosphere and a video that stands out from the others captured this week.
