I am over the moon excited to be included among the 2015 class of TED Fellows. The genius represented by this list blows my mind. I’m trying not to let nervousness and anxiety keep me from bringing my A game to the TED meeting in March 2015.

I am over the moon excited to be included among the 2015 class of TED Fellows. The genius represented by this list blows my mind. I'm trying not to let nervousness and anxiety keep me from bringing my A game to the TED meeting in March 2015. Surely, my co-hort will bring it and so must I.

I mean I am so honored and excited. The diversity and inclusion among this slate - the artists, the innovators, the scientists, the #BlackandSTEM, the women and men, people from across the globe, especially Africa. I mean I feel like I just won a free trip to Disney World!

DNLee is a biologist and she studies animal behavior, mammalogy, and ecology . She uses social media, informal experiential science experiences, and draws from hip hop culture to share science with general audiences, particularly under-served groups.
