At Neurotic Physiology today, I'm talking about Imposter Syndrome. What makes it strike, and how we might combat it. And I'm wondering if imposter syndrome might be able to learn anything from...sports. And most particularly, whether academia could benefit from actually acknowledging failure once in a while.
