Sci is over at Neurotic Physiology today, asking about bananas. Athletes often get told to eat them, they are wonder fruit. So much potassium! So many carbs! So much…other stuff! But how do they compare to other methods of refuelling? Are they better? Worse? The same? Head over and check it out, especially if you eat bananas.
