The Danish chef’s likeness is the work of the Golpeavisa agency, for the cover of AeroMéxico Airlines in-flight magazine Clase Premier. The portrait features some of the signature dishes offered by Redzepi’s restaurant Noma — the best restaurant in the world, according to Restaurant Magazine.
